After the shutdown, you will need to use another identity provider compatible with FranceConnect. We recommend using France Identité, which offers a high level of assurance and secure identification.

YRIS creates two evidence files: one related to remote identity verification, and the other related to the electronic identification means. They are retained solely to meet applicable regulatory requirements and for dispute resolution: they can be consulted when exercising the GDPR right of access, but requests for rectification or deletion are not taken into account during the retention period. Retention periods are 10 years (file related to remote identity verification, from the date of that verification) and 5 years (file related to the electronic identification means, from the date it is deleted), after which they are automatically and irreversibly deleted; the files are stored in encrypted form.
