What happens to my data stored in Mobile Connect & Moi?
Automatic account deletion
Your account will be deleted automatically when the service stops
Manual account deletion
You can also delete it from the Mobile Connect & Moi application
(“My Identity” > Delete)
For legal reasons, the data associated with your account will be archived encrypted for 7 years within our infrastructure before being completely deleted.
The data related to your YRIS digital identity are stored in France (Rennes) on our own datacenter.
